Made for Trijam #328, A 2D minimalist style shooter game

My current high score is 527... can you get a higher score? Comment your high score!

The visual style & polishing of this game was inspired by a lot of Trijam games I have played in my past jams, especially Stillshot by FKGLR, special thanks to them!

How To Play

WASD: Move

Hold down left mouse: Charge

Release left mouse: Shoot

-The longer the player charges, the more damage the bullet will deal. However, more health will be consumed.

Game Tips

-The damage isn't linear growth, and the calculation I used rewards longer charging time

-Bigger enemies defeated gives more points(Upwards to 20)

-As the score/time progresses, the game will become increasingly difficult(Ex. The enemies getting faster and more health, healing packs getting weaker)

-Sometimes an enemy will hit you while you are charging... be aware, if your health is lower than your charging level, you will lose when you shoot. So pick up these health packs without firing!

Nice! I barely get over 400 on my usual play throughs(I think my high score is mostly luck :D)
